Cletus Chukwuma

Cletus Chukwuma

A dynamic practitioner in video an TV productions and live TV programs directing on satellite television in Nigeria. His experience includes Prime Television, Swift Studios, Media International, Minaj Broadcast International until recently when he co-founded dynamic broadcast services.

Cletus is an experienced and versatile producer, video editor and director. He was an instructor in camera operation and tape editing in the EU/BBC year (2000-2002) journalism training in Nigeria. Cletus resigned as controller, Production Services from Minaj Broadcast International.

A graduate of The Nigeria Institute of Journalism & Chattered Administrator from The Nigeria College of Administration. Cletus began his broadcast career in 1983. He became the new Managing Director/CEO of dbs Media ltd in June 2007, after the secondment of Patrick to Cross River State.


Patrick Ugbe

Is a versatile broadcast journalist. His experience spans through Nigerian television Authority, Lagos; Cross River television, Calabar and Minaj Broadcast International – a satellite TV Station where he resigned to co-found dynamic broadcasting services – dbs Media ltd.

Patrick is a graduate of Theater Arts from the university of Calabar. His professional training includes a TV Management course in Virginia, USA. He is the pioneer Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of dbs media till June 2007.

He started his broadcast career in 1987 and is currently the Chief Press Secretary and Special Assistant to the Governor, Cross River State, Calabar.


Philp Balepo

Fondly referred to as the “Encyclopedia of football” due to his in-dept analysis of the game and other sports on TV. A pioneer production editor of Complete Football Magazine and Complete Sports, once the only sports daily in Nigeria

Philip left Minaj as a presenter/producer of sports and was the Best Presenter of Sports on Radio East of the Nigeria 1999/2000

Philip is a co-founder of dbs Media and the executive Director, Administration and Finance.

A graduate of the Nigeria Institute of Journalism, Ikeja and Philosophy from Bigard Memorial Seminary Ikot-Ekpene.

Philip started his journalism career in 1988 with City tempo newspapers.
